My December“Mindful Living” article is out now @thelisting, and it is all about reflections and experiences. By experience I mean adventures, exploring, discovering and learning more about this world and ourselves.

I’ve loved being able to freely travel (they’ve been adventurous) more this year, to see relatives and friends and get back to an in person yoga practice. A little normality has been well received 🙏🏼
