I am truly delighted to confirm I am returning for a 2nd  time to this amazing glamping site!
The venue is very special indeed a beautiful space for yoga and the accommodation is magical, with yurts, bell tents and a Shepard hut.

The yoga classes are there for your health and wellbeing and will give you the opportunity to  deepen your practice through asana, pranayama and meditation. There will also be a gong bath and a mala bracelet making workshop including Japa Meditation to show you how to use your mala bracelet to endorse your intentions and a positive mindset.

My wonderful friend and colleague Dawn Donovan will be there with her wellness massage tent, as an optional extra special treat! She will also be assisting me with a ‘Restorative Yoga & Thai Massage’ practice one evening too. The 2 days are jam packed with love and good vibes. That is what its all about…

The food will be 100% vegetarian (with vegan options).

From 17th the inside rule of 2 households applies which means no more than 2 households per dwelling. I only have 3 dwellings remaining and they will go on a 1st first serve basis.

This class indulgent class transitions you through a number of beautifully grounded postures, with the use of props and bolsters to support the body and encourage the muscles to let go and relax.

When your life is racing full-speed ahead, so is your mind. Restorative yoga helps provide that physical and mental balance to prevent stress and anxiety, through the use of props that support the body and allow you to hold poses longer, giving you all the benefits of deep, passive stretching.

This is the perfect class to rest, nourish and support ourselves, to find balance by allowing the body and mind to return back to a state of equanimity and peace.
